Phil Blackshaw, Aidan Walsh and Dick Hopkins are three of the founding shareholders of Lotus Healthcare Pte Ltd Ms. Amy Mu (PRC) is a Director of Weihai Lotus and is the company’s Deputy General Manager. The daily management of Weihai Lotus is under the responsibility of Ms. Mu who is capably assisted by a team of very experienced locally appointed professionals. Ms. Mu has been with the Company since its formation and has many years of senior management experience in the China pharmaceutical market and previously held senior positions with Xian Janssen.

Philip Blackshaw
CSci, CChem, FRSC is a founding shareholder of Lotus Healthcare Pte Ltd, and Chairman of the Group. Mr. Blackshaw is the former President of the Janssen Pharmaceutica business in Ireland 1979-88. President of the Xian Janssen Joint Venture, China 1988-91, International Vice President of Janssen Pharmaceutica’s international world wide chemical operations from 1991-92; the Johnson and Johnson Vice President of OTC business development responsible for establishing the Tylenol® business in Shanghai, China 1993-95; Bayer Greater China Regional Director of Consumer Care products 1996; Chairman and CEO of the Lotus Group from 1997 to date.
Aidan Walsh (USA)
CPA a founding shareholder of Lotus Healthcare Pte Ltd Mr. Walsh is a former Johnson and Johnson internal auditor; the Chief Financial Officer of the Xian Janssen Joint Venture in Shaanxi Province; Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager of the British Tire and Rubber’s Shanghai bottle manufacturing Joint Venture; Regional Business Development Manager for Bayer’s Consumer Division.
Richard A. Hopkins (USA)
BA MBA started his career with Johnson and Johnson in 1975. Before being promoted to Audit Manager in 1983 he worked in the Tax Department, Corporate Accounting and Internal Audit as a Senior Auditor. Mr. Hopkins was Audit Manager from 1983 to 1988. In 1988 he became Finance Director for Mecron in Berlin, Germany. From 1989 to 1992 he was CFO of Xian Janssen. He was J&J International Finance Controller, Asia/Pacific in Hong Kong from 1993 to 1995. In 1993 he was also Financial Director for J&J Baby Products Shanghai. In 1995 he became Finance and Administration Director for Shanghai J&J Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Hopkins has a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
